2009.6.8 I am Ying, I come from Macau. I was a student in GLV from 3rd May --16thMay2009. I stayed there only for one session. I was on vacation during the above mentioned period, so after that I have to go back to work.

I got the information of the school from the website by chance. I was attracted and decided to pay a visit to GLV first. There I met a very gentle and beautiful staff, her name is Lilian, she introduced me the courses in GLV and showed me around in the building. I remember I had a lot of questions on that day, because I didn't have any confident about the school. I worried about the food, the management, the qualities of the teachers, but Lilian answered and explained all my questions very patiently and clearly . I enjoy talking with her. Without her, may be I would miss this valuable and wonderful experience. Thank you Lilian, you have done a good job.
Before I came to GLV, I had a suspicion attitude, because I didn’t know much about this school. But now I can tell you, I really enjoy my stay there. I can say it is a very successful school. It surprises me in many ways. Everything there is so well organized, moreover I have to praise for the efficiency of all the staffs and the cleanliness of the whole building. Everything included the meals runs on schedule. The school management is impeccable. The food is ok for me too.
It is wonderful that the presentation photos can be posted on to the school website in about one hour's time. This is what I have never imagine before, I am so happy that I could have the pictures right after dinner, such efficiency really surprise me.

Most of the teachers and all the staffs in GLV are very friendly and courtesy. All the topics of the courses are useful, practical and motivated. It really impresses me so much. The most impressive thing to me is making a speech outside the school plaza. It really scared me at first, but it turned out to be all right.
Adam was my skill teacher, he has a wide range of knowledge, he taught me a lot of things. From him, I could learn what is real world English. I also like the pronunciation class, in which I could learn what my weakness is. I appreciate him very much.
Mark and Collis are also my favourite teachers, they have a sense of humour, you can have a lot of fun while staying with them. Here I need to praise Collis again, he is very professional and always devoted to his job. Even there is one or two students in the evening program, he could still do a good job. Collis, I enjoyed your class "how to buy a laptop.'
Vincent is a good teacher too, he is so gentle and skillful. I will never forget the class" how to buy air tickets on the phone." His idea is very new and creative. You can't imagine how it was unless you were there.
On the whole, I have gained a lot in GLV, I knew many new friends, I have learned a lot of valuable things from different teachers who came from different countries. The most important is I have learned various method of learning from the GLV teachers , I will make use of what I have learned in the future. I think it will help me a lot.
Before I came here, my friends always asked me how much the

tuition fee is, I told them it is about 4,000 Yuan for two weeks included boarding, quite expensive. But when I returned home, I completely changed my words, I told them it was not expensive, it worth more than that, because there are a wide range of activities each day, The staffs started to serve you from 8:00am till 8:30 pm, sometimes there is English corner in KFC after school until 10:30pm.
GLV is really an unique and successful school, it can provide you an English speaking environment. It really lives up with its name. I have a great time during my stay in GLV. Thank you to all my teachers and staffs including Adam, Collis, Greg, Jannet, Mark, Roel, Vegas, Vincent, Rahshama, and Ivanrego.
I also want to thank Susie, who works in the library and Lilian the beautiful girl who works in the marketing department. They are very friendly and helpful during my stay in GLV.
