Dear Tracy,
I’m so glad that you’re going to visit Shenzhen in Oct. It will be our first meeting after we graduated from the university.
As you know, Shenzhen is a new city as well as a special Economic Zone. It consists of six districts: Luohu, Futian, Nanshan, Yantian, Baoan and Longgang, of which the last two are not located in the special Economic Zone. Shenzhen is south of Hongkong, if you also want to travelo to Hongkong, plese get the visa first.
As you said, you are traveling by airplane from Qingdao to Shenzhen. It takes about 30-45 minutes from the Shenzhen Baoan International airport to my home. I will send my home address to your mobile phone. You’d better save the message and tell the driver when you take a taxi.
Shenzhen is a beautiful city. The annual average temperature is about 20℃.It is a good place tourism. In Oct, the temperature is about 26℃,and the sunlight radiation is rich, you had better bring along skin-care lotions, sunglasses and umbrella. Also, you ought to bring some good shoes, because you’re going to walk a lot. There are so many beautiful and famous places, so you should bring your camera.
You are going to take 7 days vacation in Shenzhen. So I will give you some suggestions. The first day, you can go to the Lianhuashan Park in the morning, which is one of the largest parks in downtown Shenzhen. It is a popular relaxation and entertainment among local citizens. The statue of Deng Xiaoping is standing on the square. In the afternoon, you can visit the Meridian View Centre-Di Wang Building, the highest building in Shenzhen. It is about 384 meters. The second day, you can go to the Happy Ring Dom which consist Of many recreation of activities. It takes about ten hours to complete all the engaging and enterfaing rides and features. The third day, you can go to the China Folk Culture village which have many of China's various nationalities. I like very much the item: Hero of the generation, large, on-site, horse-riding performance. The fourth day, you can go to the Dameisha Beach or Xiaomeisha beach which are good places for tourists to enjoy the Sunshine. The other days, you can visit the other places: Window of the world, sea world or you can go shopping at Huangqiangbei. And I will invite you to taste some delicious cantonese food.
Shenzhen is good city which not only has rapid development in economy but also is a good travel city. I hope you will have a good vacation. Welcome!

正如你所知,深圳是一个崭新的城市以及经济特区。它有6个区:罗湖、福田、南山、盐田、宝安及龙岗，最后两个不位于经济特区内。深圳位于香港的南部，如果你想到香港旅游,可以先申请签证。
就像你说的，你坐飞机旅行从青岛到深圳，从深圳宝安机场坐车到我家大约要30-45分钟。我会把我的地址发到你的手机上以便告诉出租车司机。
