 简述：《“平和英语杯”我的英语学习之路》应征文，作者：吕丽梅 English in My Life 吕丽梅 08-07-14 The first time when I came in touch with English,I felt a lot.What is it ?Why should I learn it?Is there anything good for I to study it and spend time on ?I even could not learn Chinese well,how could the other strange language? "Don't ask so many foolish questions,you just follow me and learn it!"said my English teacher,coldly and seriously.Then all the Grade Four children followed her and repeated ,"a,b,c..."sharply and reluctantly. It was all the same in the last two years when I was in primary shcool---the old English teacher taught us rigidly and we repeated it half-heartedly.so those days ,English for me meant nothing except the dull examnations arranged by my teachers.I only remembered it was that lady ,that old lady who forced us to learn it. I had never expected what English would become in my life.Maybe it just include such simple words,teacher,student,stand up and sit donw.No man could define it more and better until I met my second English teacher when I stepped into middle school.I recalled that it was just the moment I feel different about English . She was a beautiful young woman with the cool slim purity of face and form.It was just her who taught me other things about English.Such as English twisters ,songs,and other interesting stories from which I learnt a lot,the culture,the foriegn language,the development of other countries and so on.Though I was in the infancy of the long voyage ,I had develped a well-going relationship with English. I also developed a habit of sharing my sorrows and happiness by using it ,it's a better way to express my feelings from the bottom of my heart.It's a more graceful partener than a boring subject. Now I entered a college,choosing English as my major,I can consume more time and energe on it ,then enrich my daily life in the college.Listening English music diverts me a lot after some weary work.Taking part in some competition ,I demostated my abilities .Although sometimes I fall victims to it,I believe practice makes perfect.Now I did do.I have a better command of English .Practice is the essential for both accuracy and fluency.It throws me into contact with a rich variety of society and cultural ideas that helps me expand my horizons and widen my uotlooks. English for me is not a subject like Math I must force myself to learn,neither a language like Japanese I must pluck great courage to learn ,nor a common friend I just keep as an entertainment.Then what's it?It's a great companion,it's my lover,yes,it;s my lover for all my life! 网络支持：Ruby&May
